Lagim Card Game spotted at Manila Bulletin
Our own personal Lagim Card game was highlighted in Manila Bulletin on the recently launching season. Lagim brings players into the inquisitive universe of Filipino folklore, where they should battle with mythical creatures and enchanting beings to ensure their towns and save their souls.
Lagim, a game based on Filipino legends and folklore, was conceptualized in the early months of 2020, and is presently taking off in prevalence. Driving a gathering of creatives under the Fiction Minds flag, Augusto Ayo has indeed settled a unique and imaginative brand; this time, one that tries to motivate and advance unique Filipino substance.
The game intends to overcome any barrier between ages of Filipinos by utilizing vivid narrating and intuitive ongoing interaction. Lagim desires to share the uniqueness of Filipino culture as the game is delighted in with family and friends.
The design of Lagim is an excellent association of gothic, archaic, and Filipino craftsmanship styles. The stunning craftsmanship of the game’s cards and parts, for example, the Soul and Dark Soul coins, show ethnic imagery and symbolism noticeable in local folklore, and are suggestive of the traditions and history that it was enlivened by. Lagim separates itself from different games in that it tends to be viewed as a bit of workmanship itself, one that you can value even outside of playing the game.
Lagim card game set is now available in the Philippines and soon to be available in Kickstarter and for shipping abroad.
